Science Reports

The school hosted its inaugural Scifest event, First Year students attended Salter’s Chemistry Festival, Physics students met Prof. Bill Phillips (Nobel Laureate) in DCU and Prof. Liz Parfin gave a fascinating talk in the school on x-ray imaging.

The Spring Fair 2012

The Spring Fair, in aid of Trócaire, was held in the school grounds on Sunday March 25th. It was a fantastic day and the success of this year’s event resulted in Santa Sabina raising €6387 for Trócaire.

RE Projects

4O welcomed a visitor from Uganda as part of Trócaire’s Pamoja Project and Santa Sabina participated in the St. Brigid Peace Cross Campaign raising the sum of €500 for Afri.

Thank you to Audrey Merdy who has been with us since last October as a French Language Assistant. Last term we also welcomed French teacher Stephanie Allemand to our school.

It has been another busy but rewarding year for our Music Department starting with a trip to the National Concert Hall in October and our first Santa Sabina’s Got Talent Variety Show in November.
