| Supervised study is available from Monday to Friday from 3.45-5.45pm. Places are allocated to third and sixth year students first and then to other students on a first-come basis. Supervised study for first year students is not encouraged. There is a fee charged for this facility. |
| Students are not permitted to leave the school during morning break or at lunch-time. Students are encouraged to eat a healthy lunch. Classes are allocated a base room for use at these times and if they do not choose to bring in their own lunch, soups and sandwiches can be purchased from the canteen. |
| Students are allocated a locker for storing books. They pay a small rental charge and provide a suitable secure lock. |
| A school bus service operates in the morning and afternoon, during term time, covering Malahide (Seabury), Portmarnock and Howth. A bus service operates from Raheny in the mornings only. |
