Concert in Les Écolades, Switzerland
On Thursday 4th April, 24 students from 3rd to 6th year Music classes set off for Les Écolades Music Festival in Switzerland. They were accompanied by Ms Savage, Ms Bradshaw, Ms L Byrne, Ms O Doherty and Johanna the French assistant.
The group performed on two different occasions, both of which were completely sold out. There was a mix of choral, instrumental and dance performances from the Irish repertoire. We also took time out to view other amazing performances by groups from all over Switzerland. There was even an impromptu céilí with some Italian students after breakfast on Saturday!
A quick visit to the international museum of clocks, brought the all too quick weekend to a close. Here’s to Les Écolades 2022!
