On Thursday, 3rd April, ten of our fifth year students travelled the long journey to Knock in County Mayo to participate in the Le Chéile Student Symposium. The day began with a morning reflection, with prayer, stories, song and reflection from Jim Deeds, followed by mass in the Basilica where Fr Harrington gave a beautiful, inspiring homily on kindness. The theme of this mass was "Share the light of Jesus." In the afternoon, students attended various workshops such as letters to God, faith through music, meditation, and the story of the mosaic. There was also time to enjoy the sunshine and explore the grounds around the shrine.
