What a spectacular year for junior debate, culminating in an extremely busy week where students competed in three separate competitions.
We had the wonderful Rosa Roche, Imogen Manks, Heather Grogan and Realta McShane make it to the Octo-finals of the UCD Junior Schools earlier this year, with Niamh Tighe and Olivia Murphy Gazzola soaring to the finals of the competition that will take place on Wednesday 9th. Good luck girls!
We also had three students competed in the MACE debates Leinster finals last week with each formidable speaker walking away with a medal after placing in the top 15.
Finally, in our trilogy of triumphs, we had Olivia Murphy Gazzola win the Kate Maher Cup in Trinity College. What a phenomenal achievement!
